      Exchanging Items

      Changed your mind and looking for an alternative Shadowspec product?

       At our sole discretion, we may accept exchanges on some products if the original product purchased is unused.

      This policy excludes any product that has been custom made or made to order.

      Please note: Any items that you are exchanging, must be returned in new, unused condition and packaged in the original packaging.

      A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply to the products being exchanged. Shipping costs to return the original and resend the alternative item/s will also apply
