Returning Items

Looking to return an item?

While we do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns if the umbrella is not suitable for your space, if you are considering the return of an item for a reason other than this, please contact our Customer Care team as any item returns must first be approved.

Approved returns must be received back in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Upon receipt back to our warehouse, the goods will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet these requirements.

Any returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee starting at 15% and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
