The key difference between the Serenity Cantilever Umbrella and the SU4 Tilting Offset Umbrella is the deployment method. 
The Serenity Features a gas-strut and sliding mechanism that makes it quick and easy to deploy and retract.  The SU4 features a more traditional winding deployment mechanism & the ability to tilt.
