What parts are included with my umbrella?

Some of our umbrellas are shipped with multiple components.

Please refer to your installation manual for a list of parts included in your umbrella. Check this against your picklist on the packaging slip when your delivery arrives.

We'll email you a digital version of your installation manual when your order is confirmed so you'll have a full list of what to expect when your umbrella arrives.

Please note we need to be informed of any missing parts within 6 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with our freight partner.
